Replacement cycle: Strictly follow the maintenance standard of replacing every 500 working hours or every 6 months, and shorten the cycle when the oil is poor or the environment is dusty. Replacement steps: 1 Release pressure: Turn off the engine and manually press the bleed valve on the fuel pre filter pump to release system pressure. 2. Disassemble old parts: Place an oil pan under the filter and use a special belt wrench to unscrew the old filter element counterclockwise. 3. Cleaning and Installation: Clean the installation surface of the filter base with a clean cloth, apply a small amount of clean diesel on the sealing ring at the top of the new filter element, then screw it into the base by hand until the sealing ring contacts the base, and finally tighten it by 3/4 turn (about 20-25 N · m) with a wrench.
