4709168 Excavator Wiper Motor for Hitachi ZX200-3

Part number 4709168 is the original wiper motor assembly specially designed by Hitachi for the ZX200-3 hydraulic excavator. Its universal model mainly covers the ZX200-3 model, and is usually applicable to excavators of 20-22 tons on the same platform, such as the ZX200-5G and ZX210-3, which have the same cab front window design and wiper system. As the core electrical component of the original factory, its installation bracket, output shaft specifications, and electrical interfaces are fully matched with the wiper linkage mechanism and control switch in the cab.

This product is a permanent magnet DC dual speed wiper motor. The motor body is made of silver gray metal shell, which is sturdy and conducive to heat dissipation. The blue plastic component integrated at one end is a worm gear reduction gearbox, which is used to convert the high speed of the motor into the low-speed, high torque output required by the scraper arm. The output shaft end is equipped with standard wiper linkage installation splines. The end of the wiring harness is a transparent plastic plug with a locking buckle to ensure reliable connection. Its working voltage is DC 12V/24V, usually with high and low speed and automatic return function, high protection level, and can withstand rain, vibration, and temperature changes outside the cab. Installation specifications: 1 Power off operation: Before replacement, be sure to disconnect the negative terminal of the battery. 2. Disassemble old parts: Remove the wiper arm and decorative cover, remove the motor fixing bolts, disconnect the electrical plug, and take out the old motor. 3.
