The turbocharger (model RHF55, alternative part number 8-97362839-0) corresponding to part number 1-87618258-0 is the original equipment component for the Isuzu 4HK1 (including 4HK1-T/TC/E2N) engine of Hitachi ZX230-3 excavators, and is also compatible with ZX200-3/ZX210-3 and other same-platform models. The floating bearing uses high-wear-resistant Babbitt alloy, combined with a fully sealed oil seal, which effectively prevents oil leakage and dust intrusion. This turbocharger is suitable for operating environments from -30°C to 50°C, with a trouble-free service life of more than 8,000 hours under normal maintenance. Under harsh working conditions such as dust, heavy load and frequent starts and stops, it can maintain stable boost pressure without failures such as air leakage and abnormal noise, significantly improving the engine's combustion efficiency and durability.

It strictly matches the intake and exhaust interfaces, lubricating oil circuit and cooling system parameters of the 4HK1 engine, using original special gaskets and bolts. The installation torque is operated according to the standard of 35-40N·m, enabling quick replacement without additional modification.
