Part number 1117510051 (also written as 111751-0051) is the original oil filler cap provided by ISUZU (Isuzu) for the 6BG1 series six cylinder turbocharged diesel engine. This component is mainly used to seal the engine oil filling port, prevent dust and impurities from entering the oil pan, and is a key protective component to ensure the cleanliness of the engine lubrication system. Its universal models cover various medium-sized hydraulic excavators equipped with 6BG1 engines, such as Hitachi ZX200-3, ZX200-5, ZX230, ZX270 and other 20-30 ton models, as well as domestic excavators such as Sany SY235C-9 and Shanhe Intelligent SWE300SD. This product is a threaded cover that is injection molded or metal die cast. The typical material is high-strength engineering plastic (such as PA66+GF) or aluminum alloy, and the surface is treated with anti-corrosion. Structural features: The top is equipped with anti slip patterns or wrench slots, and the interior is integrated with rubber or silicone sealing gaskets. The thread specification is usually M48 × 1.5 or M52 × 1.5 (matching the engine filling port). Its sealing gasket is resistant to engine oil and high temperature, with a working temperature range of -30 ℃ to+120 ℃, which can effectively prevent the escape of engine oil vapor and the invasion of external pollutants. The cover body has good impact resistance and UV resistance, and is suitable for harsh environments such as high temperature and vibration in the engine compartment.

Inspection cycle: Check every 250 working hours or once a month. Key inspection: 1 Whether the sealing gasket is aged, cracked, or deformed; 2. Check for wear and loose threads in the threaded part; 3. Check for cracks on the cover. Cleaning and maintenance: Before each oil filling, wipe the cap and filling port threads with a clean cloth to ensure that there are no sand particles or oil sludge. Replacement timing: Replace immediately when the sealing gasket loses elasticity, the cover cracks, or the threads are damaged. Disassembly and installation: 1 Rotate counterclockwise to open (usually manually operated); 2. Align the thread during installation and tighten it clockwise until it feels comfortable to the touch (without excessive force to avoid thread damage); 3. When replacing the new cover, ensure that the sealing gasket is installed in place. Attention: 1 It is strictly prohibited to use tools to forcibly tighten the cover (plastic covers are prone to cracking); 2.
