Part number 1136714430 is the original fan belt provided by Hitachi Construction Machinery for hydraulic excavators equipped with the ISUZU 6BG1 engine. This belt is mainly used to drive fans, generators, and water pumps to ensure the normal operation of the engine cooling system. Its universal models cover 12-20 ton excavators such as Hitachi ZX120 and ZX200, as well as some construction machinery such as XCMG XE135C that use 4BG1 and 6BG1 engines. As the original transmission belt, it is precisely matched with the groove depth of the pulley. This product is an original V-shaped V-belt, usually made of a composite material of chloroprene rubber and polyester rope. Inspection cycle: It is recommended to check the belt for wear, cracks, and tension every 250 working hours; Clean the pulley groove every 500 working hours to prevent oil accumulation. Installation points: 1 Loosen the tension wheel bolt and release the old belt; 2. Insert the new belt into the crankshaft wheel, water pump wheel, generator wheel, and fan wheel according to the original path; 3. Adjust the tensioning device to achieve a downward pressure of 10-15mm in the middle of the belt (corresponding to a tension of 35-45N); 4. Tighten the bolts in a cross sequence (torque 20-30N · m). Fault diagnosis: If there is abnormal noise, slipping, or overheating, check whether the belt is worn beyond the limit (groove depth loss>50%), stretched (>3%), or cracked on the side; If multiple belts are used for transmission, the entire set must be replaced to avoid uneven force distribution.
