Part number 1154158501 is the original fuel injection pipe (high-pressure oil pipe) provided by ISUZU (Isuzu) for the 6BG1 series six cylinder turbocharged diesel engine. This component is mainly used to connect the fuel injection pump and injector, deliver high-pressure fuel, and is a key pipeline to ensure the fuel injection pressure and atomization quality of the engine. Its universal models cover various excavators equipped with 6BG1 engines, such as Hitachi ZX270, ZX230, ZX200, EX200 and other 20-30 ton medium-sized hydraulic excavators, as well as domestic models such as Sany SY235C-9, Shanhe Intelligent SWE300SD, and Jingong JGM924-LC. As the core component of the original high-pressure fuel system, its length, bending angle, and joint thread are perfectly matched with the engine layout. The use of non-standard auxiliary parts is strictly prohibited to avoid pressure leakage, poor atomization, or abnormal engine operation.

This product is a high-pressure fuel pipe made of seamless steel pipe. The typical material is high-strength carbon steel, and the surface is treated with rust prevention (galvanized or phosphated). Technical parameters: inner diameter of about 4mm, outer diameter of about 6mm, wall thickness of about 1mm, bending radius of about 180mm, working pressure ≥ 30MPa (300bar), burst pressure ≥ 90MPa. The threaded joint with conical sealing or copper gasket sealing at both ends (commonly M12 × 1.5 or M14 × 1.5) is connected to the steel pipe by cold rolling or welding process to ensure high-pressure sealing. The inside of the pipe is usually deburred and cleaned to ensure smooth fuel flow and no residual impurities. Temperature resistance range -40 ℃ to+120 ℃, suitable for high temperature environment in the engine compartment.

Inspection cycle: Check every 500 working hours or once every quarter. Key inspection: 1 Check for cracks, indentations, and rust on the pipe body; 2. Whether the joint threads are intact and whether the sealing surface is damaged; 3. Whether the clamp is firmly fixed (to avoid vibration and friction). Replacement timing: Replace immediately in case of oil leakage, bulging, deformation, or failure of pressure testing. Disassembly steps: 1 Release the fuel system pressure (loosen the fuel injection pump bleed screw); 2. Clean the area around the joint (to prevent dirt from entering); 3. Use two open-end wrenches to loosen the joint in opposite directions (to avoid twisting the pipe body); 4. Remove the old oil pipe (pay attention to whether the sealing gasket is adhered). Installation steps: 1 Check whether the sealing surface and threads of the new oil pipe are intact; 2. Use your hand to screw in the first buckle of the connector (ensure alignment); 3. Use a torque wrench to tighten (refer to the maintenance manual for torque values, usually 25-35N · m); 4. After installation, start the engine and check for leaks.
