Part number 1154158511 is the original high-pressure fuel injection pipe for cylinder 5 that is compatible with the 6BG1 series diesel engine from ISUZU (Isuzu). This component is specifically designed to connect the outlet of cylinder 5 of the fuel injection pump with the corresponding injector of the cylinder, delivering ultra-high pressure fuel. Its universal models cover various mainstream brands of medium-sized excavators equipped with 6BG1 engines, mainly including Komatsu PC200-8, PC220-8, Hitachi ZX200-3, ZX220-3 and other 20-22 ton models. As a designated pipeline by the original factory, its length, bending angle, and interface specifications strictly correspond to the engine layout. This product is a high-pressure oil pipe made of cold drawn high-strength seamless steel pipe. The pipe body is silver gray and is made of 20 # or 45 # steel material. It has undergone upsetting, quenching, and surface rust prevention treatment. A square flange joint with M12 × 1.5 (or M14 × 1.5) external thread on one end, used to connect the fuel injection pump; The other end is a spherical sealed end, which is connected by a special compression nut for sealing. The black laser engraved characters on the tube body contain part numbers and production information, and are the genuine product identification. Its inner diameter is about 4mm, outer diameter is about 6-8mm, working pressure is as high as 80-250MPa, burst pressure is ≥ 300MPa, and it can withstand high-frequency pressure pulses of the fuel system. Internally polished with mirror finish to ensure smooth fuel flow; Temperature resistance range -40 ℃ to+150 ℃.

Installation specifications: 1 Release pressure: Before replacement, the fuel injection pump vent screw must be loosened or the engine must be left to stand for more than 24 hours. It is strictly prohibited to operate under pressure. 2. Cleaning: Use a lint free cloth and specialized cleaning agent to wipe the sealing cone and spherical end of both ends of the joint. 3. Alignment installation: First, manually screw the threaded end into the first button of the fuel injection pump to ensure alignment. 4. Torque tightening: Two open-end wrenches must be used to operate in opposite directions, and the two ends should be tightened according to the torque specified in the maintenance manual (usually 28-35 N · m) to avoid twisting the pipe body. 5. Leak detection inspection: After installation, start the engine and check the joints with a leak detector or white cloth to ensure no leakage.
