Part number 1154158512 is the original fuel injection pipe (high-pressure oil pipe) provided by Hitachi Construction Machinery for hydraulic excavators equipped with ISUZU 6BG1 series diesel engines. Typical technical parameters: outer diameter of about 6-10mm, wall thickness of 1.0-2.0mm, length customized according to cylinder sequence (usually 300-600mm), working temperature range of -40 ℃ to+150 ℃, burst pressure ≥ 300MPa. The two ends of the tube are sealed with 24 ° conical surfaces and equipped with special reinforcement nuts (torque 28-32N · m). The inner wall is polished with a mirror finish, and the outer surface is coated with an anti-corrosion layer, which meets standards such as GB/T 3093-2021 and SAE J30 R9. It can withstand high-frequency pulse pressure (frequency ≤ 100Hz) and is resistant to diesel and engine oil corrosion.
Disassembly inspection: Before replacement, the fuel system pressure must be released and the two end joints and sealing cone surfaces must be cleaned. Check the oil pipe for pressure marks, cracks, and rust, and measure the length change (allowable tolerance ± 2mm). Installation points: 1 First, tighten the nut on the fuel injection pump end by hand to ensure that the cone of the fuel injector end is aligned with the cone hole of the connecting bolt; 2. Tighten the nuts at both ends alternately (torque 28-32N · m) to avoid deflection caused by one-sided force; 3. Install fixed clamps to ensure that the gap between the oil pipe and adjacent components is ≥ 10mm to prevent vibration and friction. Sealing test: After installation, start the engine and increase it to rated speed. Use a leak detector or white cloth to check for leaks at the joints. Regular maintenance: Check the fixing status and surface condition of the oil pipe every 500 working hours; It is recommended to replace the entire pipe every 2000 working hours (especially if bulging or worn joint threads are found).
