The two end joints are made of precision forged alloy steel, using a 24 ° conical or spherical seal combined with a special metal sealing gasket (black part in the picture) to ensure absolute sealing under ultra-high pressure. One end is a hexagonal nut used to connect the common rail pipe; The other end is an external threaded interface used to connect to a high-pressure oil pump. Installation specifications: 1 Release pressure: Before replacement, the pressure relief program must be triggered through a diagnostic instrument or the vehicle must be left idle for more than 24 hours. It is strictly prohibited to operate under pressure. 2. Cleaning: Use a lint free cloth and specialized cleaning agent to wipe the joint cone surface and sealing gasket installation surface, ensuring that there are no small particles. 3. Alignment installation: First, manually screw the joint into the first buckle to ensure that the thread is aligned without any jamming. 4. Torque tightening: A calibrated torque wrench must be used, and the torque specified in the maintenance manual (usually 28-32 N · m) must be tightened twice.
