Part number 8943905201 is the original water outlet pipe provided by ISUZU (Isuzu) for the 4HK1 series diesel engine. This component is mainly used in the engine cooling system and is a key connection and diversion component between the water pump outlet and the engine cylinder water jacket, thermostat, and heating system. Its universal models cover various medium-sized hydraulic excavators equipped with 4HK1 engines, such as Hitachi ZX200-3, ZX240-3, ZX210LC-3, Shengang SK200-8, SK210LC-8, as well as Sumitomo SH210-5, SH240-5 and other models. As the core casting of the original cooling system, its interface position and aperture are perfectly matched with the engine. It is strictly prohibited to use non-standard spare parts to avoid coolant leakage, poor circulation, or engine overheating.

This product is an aluminum alloy die-casting water outlet pipe, with a structure identical to the picture you provided: the main body is a complex irregular structure, with a circular inlet on the left side (connected to the water pump), and two symmetrical circular installation surfaces in the middle body (used for installing thermostats or sensors). A shorter water outlet interface extends from above (usually connected to the heating system or auxiliary circuit). Its inner wall is smooth, and the flow channel has been optimized to reduce fluid resistance and ensure even distribution of coolant. Typical technical parameters: working pressure of 0.1-0.3MPa, temperature resistance range of -40 ℃ to+130 ℃, able to withstand the corrosion of ethylene glycol based antifreeze for a long time. Aluminum alloy material has good heat dissipation and lightweight characteristics, and the surface is usually not subjected to additional treatment, presenting a silver gray metallic color.

Inspection cycle: Check every 500 working hours or once every quarter. Key inspection: 1 Whether the shell has cracks or sand holes (especially at the casting joints); 2. Whether each installation joint surface is flat and free of corrosion; 3. Check whether the rubber sealing ring/O-ring connected to the water pump and cylinder body is aged or deformed. Installation points: 1 After disassembling the old parts, thoroughly clean the installation surface of the engine cylinder block and water pump to ensure that there are no old gasket residues or burrs; 2. Replace all gaskets/rings (original oil and high temperature resistant seals must be used); 3. Apply a small amount of lubricating grease on the seal for easy installation, and evenly tighten the fixing bolts according to the cross sequence and torque specified in the maintenance manual (usually 20-30 N · m) to avoid cracking or leakage of the housing due to uneven force. Fault diagnosis: If coolant leaks from around the component, the engine warms up slowly, or the water temperature is abnormally high, priority should be given to checking the water outlet pipe and seals.
