Part number 8975390840 is the original fuel injection pipe (high-pressure fuel pipe) that is matched with the 6WG1 series six cylinder turbocharged diesel engine by ISUZU (Isuzu). This component is mainly used to connect the fuel injection pump and injector, deliver high-pressure fuel, and is a key pipeline to ensure the fuel injection pressure and atomization quality of the engine. Its universal models cover various large hydraulic excavators equipped with 6WG1 engines, such as Hitachi ZX450-3, ZX470H-3, ZX500LC-3 and other 45-50 ton models. This product is a high-pressure fuel pipe made of cold drawn seamless steel tube, with typical materials of 20 # steel or 45 # steel. It is formed through processes such as upsetting and quenching, and has a pressure bearing capacity of ≥ 80MPa. The ultra-high pressure system of heavy-duty diesel engines requires ≥ 250MPa. Its inner diameter is about 4-6mm, outer diameter is about 6-8mm, wall thickness is about 1-2mm, and both ends are threaded joints sealed with conical surfaces or copper pads (commonly M12 × 1.5 or M14 × 1.5). Remove burrs and clean the inside of the pipe to ensure smooth fuel flow. Temperature resistance range -40 ℃ to+150 ℃, suitable for high temperature environment in the engine compartment.
Inspection cycle: Check every 500 working hours or once every quarter. Key inspection: 1 Check for cracks, indentations, and rust on the pipe body; 2. Whether the joint threads are intact and whether the sealing surface is damaged; 3. Whether the clamp is firmly fixed (to avoid vibration and friction). Replacement timing: Replace immediately in case of oil leakage, bulging, deformation, or failure of pressure testing. Disassembly and installation: 1 Release the fuel system pressure (loosen the fuel injection pump bleed screw); 2. Clean the area around the joint (to prevent dirt from entering); 3. Use two open-end wrenches to loosen the joint in opposite directions (to avoid twisting the pipe body); 4. When installing the new pipe, screw in the first button by hand (ensure alignment), and then tighten it with a torque wrench (torque value 40-60N · m, refer to the maintenance manual).
