Its design is directly related to the precise control of air-fuel ratio by ECU, and is a key component that affects engine power, emissions, and fuel consumption.

The maintenance core of this intake pressure sensor lies in ensuring its signal accuracy, connection reliability, and cleanliness of the detection area. Regular inspection: It is recommended to visually inspect the sensor harness and connectors for looseness, damage, or oil stains, and check for air leaks at the intake manifold connections, in conjunction with regular maintenance every 500 working hours. Cleaning and replacement: If the sensor detection hole is blocked by oil stains or carbon deposits, special cleaning agents (such as electronic contact cleaner) can be used to carefully clean it.
