Part number 4630525 is a universal hydraulic pilot filter for Hitachi excavators, compatible with ZX110-3/ZX210-5G, as well as ZX200-3/ZX200-5G/ZX230-3/ZX330-5G and many other models. It is suitable for the standard interface of the pilot hydraulic system (thread specification 1-1/4"-16UNF, outer diameter 118mm, height 185mm). With a filtration accuracy of 5μm, a rated working pressure of 3.5MPa, a maximum pressure resistance of 10MPa, and a rated flow rate of 12L/min, it can efficiently filter impurities in the pilot oil, ensure the stable operation of precision components such as pilot valves and proportional valves, and guarantee the precise control of the operating handle and the rapid response of the whole machine's actions.

The filter element adopts composite glass fiber folded filter material with a filtration efficiency of 99.9%, which can efficiently intercept tiny impurities. The end caps and skeleton are made of high-strength engineering plastics, and the sealing ring is made of oil-resistant nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), suitable for operating environments from -30°C to 80°C, with excellent anti-aging and anti-leakage performance. The filter housing is formed by stamping cold-rolled steel plate, and its surface is treated with cathodic electrophoresis, with a rust prevention grade of C2. It is recommended to replace it every 500 hours under normal working conditions, and shorten to 250 hours under harsh working conditions. There is no blockage or leakage within the replacement cycle, which effectively extends the service life of pilot system components and reduces the failure rate.

Adopting a spin-on design, it can be manually disassembled and replaced without special tools. Before replacement, the pressure of the pilot system should be released first (≤0.1MPa), the installation torque should be operated according to 25-30N·m. After replacement, the system air should be exhausted and checked for leakage. This filter can reduce the cleaning and maintenance cost of the pilot system by more than 30%, reduce failures such as pilot valve jamming and slow movement caused by impurities, improve the operating efficiency of the whole machine by about 15%, and ensure the stable, safe and reliable operation of the excavator under working conditions such as earthwork, hoisting and crushing.
