Part number 4648651 is the original hydraulic suction filter screen provided by Hitachi for the ZX200-5G hydraulic excavator. This component is mainly used inside the hydraulic oil tank and is installed at the inlet of the suction pipe of the hydraulic pump, serving as the first coarse filter barrier of the system. Its universal models usually cover 5G series same platform models such as ZX200-5A, ZX210-5G, ZX240-5G, etc. As the core protective component of the original factory, its mesh accuracy, structural strength, and sealing with the oil tank installation hole have been specially designed. The use of non-standard auxiliary components is strictly prohibited to avoid filter failure, pump suction, or destructive wear caused by impurities entering the hydraulic system.

This product is a metal wire mesh oil suction filter with a cylindrical pleated structure to increase the filtration area and reduce flow resistance. The filter material is usually stainless steel or galvanized steel wire woven mesh, presenting a silver gray color as shown in the picture, with a filtration accuracy of generally 100-150 microns, used to intercept larger particle impurities in oil. The upper and lower end covers are metal stamped to ensure a sturdy overall structure. The sealing ring is integrated at the top of the filter screen and made of oil resistant fluororubber, ensuring absolute sealing between the oil tank cap or mounting seat to prevent air from being sucked in. Its typical working parameters are: working pressure is negative pressure (oil suction state), pressure resistance capacity is about 0.1-0.2 MPa, working temperature range is -20 ℃ to+100 ℃, and it can withstand long-term immersion of hydraulic oil.
Replacement cycle: It is recommended to check and clean the hydraulic oil for the first time (about 1000 working hours), and then replace it every 2000 working hours or annually thereafter. Daily monitoring: closely observe the vacuum gauge near the hydraulic pump. If the vacuum level continues to rise abnormally, it indicates that the filter screen is blocked and needs to be stopped immediately for inspection. Replacement steps: 1 Stop the engine and operate the joystick to release the residual pressure in the hydraulic system; 2. Open the hydraulic oil tank filler cap to release internal pressure; 3. Remove the cover plate or port of the filter installed on the fuel tank; 4. Remove the old filter and thoroughly clean its installation chamber; 5. Soak the new filter screen in clean hydraulic oil, correctly place it and ensure that the sealing ring is in place; 6. Reinstall the cover plate and tighten the bolts in diagonal order and specified torque;
