The original oil filter part number 4650205 is a key lubrication system filter component on Hitachi ZX70 series small excavators. It is mainly suitable for ZX70, ZX60, ZX85 and other ZX series models, usually installed in the engine lubrication system oil circuit, responsible for filtering metal debris, gum, carbon particles and other impurities in the engine oil, protecting precision moving parts such as crankshaft, camshaft, turbocharger, etc. This universal number is its only original factory identification. When ordering, the complete model and serial number of the equipment must be provided to ensure that the interface specifications, installation dimensions, and filtration accuracy of the filter are fully matched with the engine.

This product belongs to the rotary type full flow oil filter. The outer shell is made of high-strength metal, and the internal filter element is made of imported glass fiber folded filter paper (some models are reinforced with stainless steel skeleton). It is recommended to replace it every 250 working hours or every 6 months, and in environments with high dust and harsh working conditions, it should be shortened to 200 working hours. Replacement steps: 1 Stop the machine after heating up and place an oil pan under the oil pan; 2. Use a special wrench to unscrew the old filter counterclockwise; 3. Clean the installation seat and apply a small amount of new engine oil to the sealing ring of the new filter; 4. Manually tighten the new filter until the sealing ring contacts the mounting seat, and then rotate it 3/4 turn (about 20-25 N · m); 5. Add new engine oil to the standard level and start the engine to check for leaks. Daily inspection: Check the filter housing for oil leakage and deformation every 50 hours of work, and observe whether the oil pressure gauge is normal.
