This product is a metal wire mesh oil suction filter with a cylindrical pleated structure to maximize the filtration area. The filter material is stainless steel or special alloy woven mesh, presenting the original color of metal, with a filtration accuracy of usually 100-150 microns, used to intercept larger metal debris, seal fragments and other pollutants in oil. The two ends are sturdy metal end caps, ensuring the structural integrity of the filter under negative system pressure and providing a reliable installation and sealing surface. The top is integrated with an oil resistant rubber sealing ring to ensure absolute sealing with the installation seat inside the fuel tank, preventing air from being sucked in. Its working state is negative pressure (oil suction condition), with a pressure tolerance of about 0.1-0.2 MPa, and can withstand long-term immersion in hydraulic oil. The working temperature range is about -20 ℃ to+100 ℃.

Replacement cycle: It is recommended to check the hydraulic oil for the first time (about 1000 working hours), and then replace it every 2000 working hours or annually thereafter. Under dusty and heavy load conditions, the cycle should be appropriately shortened. Replacement steps: 1 Stop the machine and release the hydraulic system pressure, operate the control lever to relieve residual pressure. 2. Open the hydraulic oil tank filler cap. 3. Remove the cover plate or inspection hole cover of the filter installed on the fuel tank. 4. Carefully remove the old filter and be careful not to let impurities fall into the fuel tank. 5. Thoroughly clean the installation chamber and sealing surface of the filter element. 6. Soak the new filter screen in clean hydraulic oil and accurately place it into the installation seat to ensure that the sealing ring is fully seated and fits smoothly.
