Replacement cycle: It is recommended to replace every 500-1000 working hours or every 6-12 months (whichever comes first); If working in dusty and high load environments, it should be shortened to every 250-500 working hours. Replacement steps: 1 Release system pressure (the hydraulic system needs to operate the handle to release pressure, and the fuel system needs to unplug the fuel pump relay to start and turn off the engine); 2. Positioning filter element (usually located on the hydraulic oil tank return line or engine compartment fuel line); 3. Disassemble old parts (use a special wrench and place an oil pan below); 4. Install new parts (pay attention to the arrow indicating the direction of oil flow and ensure that the sealing ring is intact); 5. System re inspection (start the engine and run it at idle speed, check that there is no leakage at each interface).
