WA4666083 Original Excavator FILTER ELEMENT for Hitachi ZX180W

Part number WA4666083 is an original filter cartridge produced by Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. This filter is mainly used for Hitachi ZX180W wheeled excavators, and according to its series universality, it is usually also suitable for models with similar platforms and tonnages such as ZX180W-6 and ZX200W. As an original maintenance part, its interface size and filtration accuracy are completely matched with the hydraulic (or fuel, pilot) system of the equipment. It is strictly prohibited to use non original parts to avoid filtration failure, system pollution, or component damage.

This product is a Hitachi pure filter element, with a standard cylindrical shape and a brown high-performance fiberglass or composite filter paper as the filter material. It adopts a tight star shaped pleated structure to increase the filtration area. The upper and lower end covers are made of gray metal or high-strength plastic to ensure structural stability. The top integrates a black rubber sealing ring, which is the key to achieving reliable sealing after installation. It has high filtration accuracy and can effectively intercept small particle pollutants in oil. The typical working pressure range depends on its application system, such as hydraulic return oil, pilot oil circuit, or fuel system, and is usually 0.1-2.0 MPa. The working temperature range is approximately -20 ℃ to+100 ℃, and it can withstand long-term immersion in the corresponding working medium.

Replacement cycle: It is recommended to replace every 500-1000 working hours or every 6 months, please refer to the equipment maintenance manual for details. The replacement cycle should be shortened in working conditions with high dust, heavy load, or poor oil quality. Installation steps: 1 Shutdown and release system pressure; 2. Use specialized tools to disassemble the old filter element and collect residual liquid with an oil pan; 3. Thoroughly clean the sealing surface of the filter cartridge seat to ensure that there are no old sealing ring residues or impurities; 4. Apply a small amount of clean system working fluid on the black sealing ring of the new filter element; 5. Align the filter element with the mounting seat, screw it in by hand until the sealing ring contacts the base, and then use a tool to tighten it 3/4 to 1 turn (reference torque 15-25 N · m) to avoid excessive tightening. After installation, it is necessary to perform system exhaust operation and start the equipment to check for leaks.
