The original air filter YA00022308 is designed specifically for Hitachi ZX130-6 (approximately 13 tons) and ZX210-5B (approximately 21 tons) crawler excavators, and is the core filtering component of the engine intake system. The shell is made of high-strength weather resistant engineering plastic, and the interior is composed of multiple layers of tightly arranged white pleated high-efficiency filter paper. When cleaning, dry compressed air should be used to blow evenly from the inside to the outside of the filter element, and the pressure should not exceed 0.5MPa. It is strictly prohibited to clean with water or oil. If the filter paper is damaged, oily, or deeply clogged and difficult to clean, it must be replaced immediately. Before installing a new filter element, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the inside of the filter housing, check whether the sealing gasket is intact, and ensure that the filter element is installed in place and sealed tightly.
