Part number YA00047220 is a special diesel filter (with oil-water separation function) for Hitachi excavator ZX490-5A, compatible with ZX490-5A/ZX490LCH-5A, as well as ZX690-5A/ZX890-5A/ZX690-6A/ZX890-6A and other models. It is suitable for the fuel system of Isuzu 6UZ1 engine, with a thread specification of 1-1/2"-12UN, an outer diameter of 128mm, a height of 205mm, a filtration accuracy of 5μm, a rated working pressure of 0.8MPa, a maximum pressure resistance of 2.0MPa, a rated flow rate of 60L/min, and a water separation efficiency of ≥95%. It can effectively filter impurities and water in diesel oil, protect precision components such as high-pressure oil pumps and fuel injectors, and avoid abnormal wear and corrosion.

The filter element adopts a composite filter layer of composite glass fiber and hydrophobic material, with a filtration efficiency of 99.5%, which can efficiently intercept impurities above 5μm and free water. The end caps and skeleton are made of high-strength engineering plastics, and the sealing ring is made of oil-resistant nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), suitable for oil temperature environments from -30°C to 80°C, with excellent anti-aging and anti-leakage performance. The filter housing is formed by stamping cold-rolled steel plate, and its surface is treated with cathodic electrophoresis, with a rust prevention grade of C2. It is recommended to replace it every 500 hours under normal working conditions, and shorten to 250 hours under harsh working conditions (such as high sulfur content and humid environment). There is no blockage or leakage within the replacement cycle, which effectively extends the service life of engine fuel system components and reduces the failure rate.

Adopting a spin-on design, it can be manually disassembled and replaced without special tools. Before replacement, the pressure of the fuel system should be released first (≤0.1MPa), the installation torque should be operated according to 25-30N·m. After replacement, the system air should be exhausted and checked for leakage. This filter can reduce the cleaning and maintenance cost of the fuel system by more than 35%, reduce failures such as fuel injector jamming and high-pressure oil pump wear caused by impurities and water, improve the engine fuel efficiency by about 10%, and ensure the stable power and safety of the excavator under working conditions such as mines, earthwork and crushing.
