Replacement cycle: It is recommended to replace every 1000-1500 working hours, and in dusty and highly polluted environments (such as mines and crushing operations), it should be shortened to 500-800 hours. Daily inspection: Check the filter blockage indicator (if equipped) or system pressure gauge every week. If the pressure difference exceeds 0.35MPa, replace it immediately. Replacement steps: 1 Stop the engine and operate the hydraulic handle to release system pressure; 2. Clean the filter cartridge housing and its surroundings to prevent pollutants from entering the oil circuit; 3. Use a specialized tool to unscrew the old filter element and pay attention to collecting any spilled hydraulic oil; 4. Clean the sealing surface of the filter seat and apply a small amount of clean hydraulic oil on the sealing ring of the new filter element; 5. Manually tighten the filter element until the sealing ring contacts the filter seat, and then tighten it according to the torque requirements specified in the instruction manual; 6. Start the engine and run it at low speed for 10-15 minutes to check for leaks.
