Part number YA00060797 is the original filter element (usually referring to oil filter or hydraulic oil filter element) that Hitachi Construction Machinery provides for the EX3600-7 series 360 ton ultra large hydraulic excavator. This component is mainly used for engine lubrication system or hydraulic system filtration, effectively intercepting impurities such as metal debris, carbon deposits, gum, dust, etc. in the oil, ensuring internal cleanliness and sufficient lubrication of the system. This product is a rotary full flow filter element, with a shell material usually made of cold-rolled steel plate and anti-corrosion coating, and an internal layer of composite filter paper (cellulose+glass fiber). Typical technical parameters: filtration accuracy of 20-30 microns, initial filtration efficiency ≥ 99%, working pressure of 0.8-1.2MPa, burst pressure ≥ 4.0MPa, working temperature of -30 ℃ to+120 ℃. The filter element is equipped with a bypass valve (with an opening pressure of 0.15-0.25MPa) and a check valve (made of silicone material) to ensure that the oil can still be supplied by bypass when the filter element is blocked, and that the oil in the filter element does not flow back after the system is shut down. The sealing ring is made of fluororubber, which is resistant to oil and high temperature, ensuring 100% sealing without oil leakage.
Replacement cycle: every 500 working hours or every 6 months (whichever comes first); If the working conditions are harsh (dusty, high temperature, continuous heavy load), it is recommended to shorten it to 300 working hours. Replacement steps: 1 Turn off the engine after starting it to operating temperature; 2. Place an oil pan under the oil pan or hydraulic oil tank; 3. Use a specialized filter wrench to loosen the old filter element counterclockwise (pay attention to residual hot oil); 4. Clean the sealing surface of the filter cartridge seat; 5. Apply new oil evenly on the sealing ring of the new filter element; 6. Tighten clockwise by hand until the sealing ring contacts the base, then use a wrench to tighten 3/4 turn (torque 20-25N · m). Attention: 1 When replacing the filter element, the corresponding oil must be replaced synchronously; 2. Before installation, check whether the filter cartridge housing is bumped or deformed; 3. After replacement, start the engine and run it at idle for 3-5 minutes to check for oil leakage and normal system pressure; 4. Discarded filter cartridges should be disposed of according to environmental regulations (strictly prohibited from being discarded at will).
