Part number 4606144 is an electro-hydraulic main control valve (hydraulic distributor) specially designed for Hitachi ZX200-3 series excavators, compatible with ZX200-3/ZX200LC-3/ZX200LCH-3, as well as ZX210-3/ZX240-3/ZX250-3 and other models. It is suitable for the hydraulic system of Isuzu 4HK1/6HK1 engines, adopting a 7-section valve bank design, integrating main relief valve, pressure reducing valve and overload replenishing valve. The rated working pressure is 34.3MPa, maximum pressure resistance is 38MPa, maximum flow rate per section is 180L/min, total flow rate is 1260L/min, and weight is 285kg. Equipped with load-sensing and pressure compensation functions, it ensures precise coordination of compound actions, reduces energy consumption and hydraulic impact.

The valve body is made of QT700-2 ductile iron, after double aging treatment, the deformation is ≤0.05mm, with excellent impact and vibration resistance. The valve spool is made of 42CrMo alloy steel, surface nitrided, hardness HRC60-63, good wear resistance and anti-seizure performance. The valve sleeve is made of tin bronze with surface hardening treatment, suitable for oil temperature from -30°C to 110°C. Seals are made of fluororubber (FKM), preventing high-pressure leakage and aging. The main relief valve has a response time ≤0.03s, and overload protection accuracy ±0.5MPa. The pressure compensation valve maintains a stable pressure difference of 0.8-1.2MPa, and the flow distribution error of compound actions is ≤3%. Maintenance is recommended every 2000 hours under normal working conditions, replacing filters and seals; shortened to 1500 hours under harsh conditions. No jamming, leakage, slow action and other faults within the cycle, extending the service life of the hydraulic system.

Adopting an integral valve bank design, special hoisting equipment (load-bearing ≥300kg) is required for replacement. Before disassembly, release the hydraulic system pressure (≤0.1MPa). During installation, flange bolts should be tightened symmetrically to 140-160N·m, and connector torque is 8-10N·m. After installation, add No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil to the oil level line, power on to test the pressure and flow of each action, and re-calibrate if the error exceeds 5%. This main control valve can reduce the maintenance cost of the hydraulic system by more than 35%, reduce action deviation and downtime, improve the efficiency of earthwork, loading and other working conditions by about 12%, and ensure safe and stable operation.
