Daily inspection: Check the pump body for leakage and abnormal noise every 250 working hours, and monitor the system pressure and flow rate; Check the cleanliness of hydraulic oil every 500 working hours (recommended NAS level 8 or below), and replace the oil suction and return filter elements in a timely manner. Regular maintenance: Replace hydraulic oil (recommended ISO VG46 anti-wear hydraulic oil) every 2000 working hours and clean the oil tank; Check the clearance between the plunger and cylinder body every 4000 working hours (standard 0.01-0.03mm), and if it exceeds the standard, grind or replace the components.
