Part number 9301480 is the original hydraulic main reducer, also known as the final drive assembly, used by Hitachi for the EX1200-6 series (with a total working weight of approximately 120 tons) ultra large mining hydraulic excavator. This component is the only power source that drives the single-sided track. Its universal models usually cover super large models on platforms such as EX1200-6, EX1000-6, and EX1200-5. As the core drive unit of the original factory, its installation interface, output spline, and lower frame are precisely matched. It is strictly prohibited to interchange with any other tonnage or model of reducer to avoid the failure or structural damage of the walking system.

Installation specifications: 1 Cleaning alignment: Thoroughly clean the mounting surface of the lower frame before installation, and use guide pins to ensure that the output spline is absolutely aligned with the drive wheel. 2. Torque tightening: A hydraulic torque wrench must be used to tighten the installation bolts in a staggered manner according to the manual's cross sequence and specified torque (usually exceeding 400 N · m). 3.
