Part number 9301480 is the original hydraulic main reducer, also known as the final drive assembly, used by Hitachi for the EX1200-6 series (with a total working weight of approximately 120 tons) ultra large mining hydraulic excavator. This component is the only power source that drives the single-sided track. Its universal models usually cover super large models on platforms such as EX1200-6, EX1000-6, and EX1200-5. As the core drive unit of the original factory, its installation interface, output spline, and lower frame are precisely matched. It is strictly prohibited to interchange with any other tonnage or model of reducer to avoid the failure or structural damage of the walking system.

This product is an integrated inclined disc piston motor and multi-stage planetary gear reducer. The outer ring is made of high-strength ductile iron housing, which is black in color. The inner ring is a precision machined multi-stage planetary gear system, bearings, and parking brake, with a strong metallic texture. The evenly distributed bolt holes on the outer ring in the picture are used for ultra-high strength connection with the lower frame. Its technical parameters are designed for ultra large equipment: the maximum working pressure is 35MPa, the output torque exceeds 30000 N · m, and the total reduction ratio is about 50:1. Installation specifications: 1 Cleaning alignment: Thoroughly clean the mounting surface of the lower frame before installation, and use guide pins to ensure that the output spline is absolutely aligned with the drive wheel. 2. Torque tightening: A hydraulic torque wrench must be used to tighten the installation bolts in a staggered manner according to the manual's cross sequence and specified torque (usually exceeding 400 N · m). 3. Oil filling: Immediately fill the designated overloaded gear oil (such as SAE 85W-140 API GL-5) after installation, and the oil level should reach the inspection hole standard.
