The original copper liner 0820416 is a key wear-resistant component of the hinge point of the working device of the Hitachi ZX470LC-6 (approximately 47 ton class) crawler excavator. The working weight of this model is approximately 46000-48000 kg, with a standard boom length of 5.9 m and a boom length of 2.9 m. This bushing is mainly used for connecting the boom and boom, as well as the boom and bucket, to provide support, reduce friction, and resist impact. Its part number 0820416 is a Hitachi genuine part number, usually used in conjunction with the corresponding pin shaft (such as 0820415, etc.). This liner may also be compatible with similar tonnage models such as ZX450H-6 and ZX490LCH-6, but specific universality should be based on Hitachi's official parts catalog or dealer inquiries to avoid improper installation due to differences in dimensional tolerances.

This product is made of high-strength tin bronze alloy (such as ZCuSn6Zn6Pb3) cast by centrifugal casting and precision machining. The typical hardness is HB190-210, with a friction coefficient of ≤ 0.07, and it has good self-lubricating, wear-resistant, and anti bite properties. The inner hole of the liner usually has a tolerance of H7 level and an outer diameter of m6 level interference fit, ensuring a tight fit with the seat hole after press fitting. Its inner wall may be pre installed with oil storage tanks or embedded with solid lubricants (such as graphite) to provide emergency lubrication in case of insufficient lubrication. The original liner undergoes vacuum oil immersion treatment, allowing lubricating oil molecules to fully penetrate into the metal micropores, further enhancing its service life. The working temperature range can reach -30 ℃ to 200 ℃, which can adapt to the harsh working conditions of high impact and heavy load of excavators.

Every 250 hours of daily work, lithium based grease (Hitachi recommends G2-LI or equivalent) should be added between the pin shaft and the liner through a grease nipple until the old grease overflows from the sealing ring. The fit clearance between the bushing and the pin shaft should be checked every 1000 hours: measured with a feeler gauge. If the radial clearance exceeds 0.5mm (or the manufacturer's specified limit value), the bushing needs to be replaced. When replacing, use a specialized pulling tool to press out the old liner, clean the seat hole and ensure there are no burrs. Freeze the new liner to -20 ℃ and quickly press it in. Direct hammering is strictly prohibited. After installation, it is necessary to run it without load and lubricate it thoroughly to allow the bushing to break in with the pin shaft. Long term storage should be coated with anti rust oil and packaged and sealed to avoid oxidation of copper alloys in humid environments.
