The distribution plate (also known as the valve plate) is the core distribution component of the axial piston hydraulic pump. Its core function is to tightly fit between the pump body and the cylinder body. Through its precise crescent shaped suction window and pressure window, low-pressure oil is periodically introduced into the plunger chamber during the rotation of the cylinder body, and high-pressure oil generated by plunger compression is orderly exported to the system pipeline, achieving continuous and stable output of hydraulic energy.
 

To ensure the long-term efficient operation of the hydraulic pump, it is necessary to regularly inspect and maintain the distribution plate. It is recommended to inspect the hydraulic pump during major repairs or when there is weak output or abnormal noise. After disassembly, the surface of the distribution plate needs to be cleaned and checked for scratches, burns, wear, or cracks. The key measurement indicator is its thickness difference, and the standard requirement should be ≤ 0.05 millimeters. If the wear exceeds the tolerance or the flatness is not qualified, grinding repair or direct replacement is required.
