Part number 4192666 is the original retaining ring provided by Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. for medium-sized hydraulic excavators such as the ZX200 series. Buckle is mainly used for connecting and axially fixing the support chain (track link) of the track frame, and is a key standard component to prevent the connecting pin shaft from moving and ensure the stability of the walking system. Its universal models usually cover 20-22 ton same platform models such as ZX200-3, ZX200-5G, ZX210-3, etc. It is also applicable to models with similar support chain structures such as ZX240, ZX330, etc.

This product is a spring steel split ring with an open C-shaped structure and a rectangular cross-section. It has undergone heat treatment (quenching+tempering) as a whole and has high elasticity and fatigue strength. The surface is treated with blackening or phosphating, resulting in a uniform matte black color with rust prevention function. Its inner diameter, outer diameter, and wire diameter are customized according to the specific specifications of the ZX200 support chain pin shaft, with a typical thickness of about 1.5-2.5mm. As an original part, its hardness is controlled between HRC 44-52, ensuring sufficient elasticity and resistance to permanent deformation.

Inspection cycle: Check all retaining rings at the connections of the support chains every 500 working hours (or during regular cleaning of the tracks). Key inspection points: 1 Visually observe whether the buckle ring is broken, severely deformed, or excessively corroded; 2. Check if it is still tightly clamped in the groove and if there are any signs of loosening; 3. Measure whether the opening gap has abnormally increased (usually not exceeding 1.5 times the initial value). Disassembly and installation: Special snap pliers must be used (the shaft retaining ring needs to be expanded and disassembled using hole snap pliers for disassembly and installation). During installation, ensure that the chamfered side of the retaining ring is facing towards the direction of bearing axial load and fully inserted into the annular groove of the pin shaft or hole end. A "click" sound indicates that it is in place. It is strictly prohibited to forcefully pry with tools such as screwdrivers to avoid deformation or flying and injuring people.
