Part number 4413761 is the original striking pin provided by Hitachi for the ZX110 series small hydraulic excavator. This component is mainly used for the installation and disassembly of vulnerable parts such as bucket teeth and pin shafts. It transmits impact force through hammering to achieve the pressing or ejection of the pin shaft, and is a key tool for quickly replacing bucket teeth in the field. Its universal models cover 10-13 ton small excavators such as Hitachi ZX110, ZX120, ZX130, as well as other Hitachi small equipment using the same bucket tooth connection method. As an original maintenance tool, its size and hardness should match the bucket tooth pin hole. It is strictly prohibited to use non-standard tools to avoid damaging the pin shaft or installation hole.

This product is an integrated striking pin forged from high-strength alloy steel, with typical materials of 40Cr or 42CrMo. After quenching and tempering heat treatment, the overall hardness is HRC40-45, which combines high strength and impact toughness. Its total length is about 200-300mm, with a diameter of about 20-30mm. One end is a flat head striking surface, and the other end is a conical or groove guide head, making it easy to align with the pin shaft. The surface is treated with blackening or galvanizing to prevent rust and adapt to humid outdoor environments. The maximum impact capacity shall not be less than 50kN, and it can be reused.
Inspection cycle: Check before each use. Key inspection: 1 Whether the sales body is bent or cracked; 2. Whether the striking surface is flat and without curled edges; 3. Check if the guide head is worn or deformed. Cleaning and maintenance: Remove dirt and oil stains after use, apply rust proof oil and store. Replacement timing: Replace immediately when there is obvious deformation, cracking, or severe wear of the guide head. Key points for use: 1 Align the center of the pin axis to avoid off center impact; 2. Use a copper hammer or nylon hammer to strike, and do not directly strike the pin body; 3. Heating or quenching treatment is strictly prohibited. Attention: 1 Moisture and collision prevention during storage; 2. Regularly check if the handle (if any) is secure; 3. It is recommended to use it in conjunction with a dedicated pin puller. It is recommended to always use genuine original tools and follow the ZX110 maintenance manual to ensure safe and efficient replacement operations.
