Part number 4625021 is the original hydraulic pump high-pressure oil pipe specially designed by Hitachi for the ZX200-3 hydraulic excavator. The universal model of this component is its part number itself, mainly used to connect the high-pressure output port of the hydraulic main pump with the corresponding inlet port of the main control valve. It is the first critical channel for the pressure oil flow of the main pump to the working device. As the core high-pressure pipeline of the original factory, its unique length, preset bending curvature, and metal joint specifications at both ends perfectly match the compact layout inside the ZX200-3 engine compartment

This product is a steel wire braided high-pressure rubber hose assembly with two end buckle type joints. The hose body is made of black oil resistant synthetic rubber, and the surface has a spiral reinforcement texture, which not only provides visual recognition but also endows the hose with excellent resistance to compression, wear, and flexibility. There are multiple layers of steel wire braided reinforcement inside to withstand the high pressure of the hydraulic system (working pressure can reach 25-35MPa). The silver metal joints at both ends are precision forged parts, with one end usually having internal threads and the other end having external threads or flanges, and equipped with sealing cones or combination gaskets to ensure absolute sealing under extreme pressure. Its design can effectively absorb pressure pulses and equipment vibrations from hydraulic systems.

Installation specifications (safety first): 1 Thoroughly relieve pressure: Before operation, the engine must be started, and all actions must be performed until no power is available before turning off the engine. The control lever should be manually shaken to release residual pressure in the system. 2. Cleaning: Before installation, clean the sealing surfaces of the two ends of the new oil pipe joints and the installation interfaces on the pump and valve with a lint free cloth. 3. Alignment installation: Use your hand to screw or align the connector with the installation port, ensuring that the thread easily screws into the first thread, and it is strictly prohibited to forcefully screw it in. 4. Torque tightening: A torque wrench must be used to tighten the joint twice according to the torque specified in the maintenance manual (usually 40-60 N · m). 5. Leak detection inspection: After installation, start the engine and run it at idle speed. Carefully check both ends with a white cloth or leak detector to ensure that there is no leakage.
