Part number 9101513 is the original handle oil seal assembly push rod (also known as bullet/plunger assembly) that Hitachi Construction Machinery provides for the EX200-5 series 20 ton hydraulic excavator. This component is mainly used for hydraulic sealing and force transmission of the pilot control handle, converting the mechanical displacement of the handle into a pilot oil pressure signal. Its universal models cover 20 ton models such as Hitachi EX200-2, EX200-3, EX200-5, as well as some older excavators on equivalent platforms such as EX200-1 and EX200-6. As an original precision sealing accessory, its diameter and stroke are precisely matched with the handle valve body. It is strictly prohibited to use non-standard accessory parts to avoid pilot pressure leakage, handle operation failure, or hydraulic oil pollution.

This product is an original double oil sealed push rod assembly, which usually includes a push rod body, two star shaped sealing rings (main seal+dust seal), a guide sleeve, and a snap spring. Typical technical parameters: push rod diameter 8-12mm, stroke 15-25mm, working pressure ≤ 4MPa, working temperature -30 ℃ to+100 ℃. The material of the push rod is high-strength alloy steel (with chrome plated anti rust surface), and the sealing ring is made of nitrile rubber (NBR) or fluororubber (FKM). The oil resistance meets the GB/T 3452.1 and ISO 3601 standards. The total length of the component is about 50-80mm, with an installation aperture of 12-16mm. It can maintain a leakage rate of<5mL/min under high-frequency reciprocating motion (frequency ≤ 5Hz).
Disassembly inspection: Before replacement, the engine must be turned off, the pilot oil circuit pressure must be released, and the outside of the handle must be cleaned. After removing the handle cover, use a special tool to remove the old push rod assembly and check for scratches and corrosion on the valve body hole wall. Installation points: 1 Apply an appropriate amount of hydraulic oil on the surface of the new sealing ring (lubricating grease is prohibited); 2. Align the push rod vertically with the valve body hole and gently press it in by hand to avoid the sealing ring from turning over or cutting; 3. Install the retaining spring to ensure axial fixation; 4. Tighten the handle fixing bolts in a cross sequence (usually with a torque of 25-30N · m). Testing and running in: After installation, start the engine and run it at idle for 10 minutes to check whether the handle operation is smooth and whether there is any leakage. Regular maintenance: Check the handle operation strength and return condition every 500 working hours; It is recommended to replace the entire set of oil seal push rods every 2000 working hours (especially if the handle is stuck or the pilot pressure is unstable).
