This component is the core multi way valve block that controls the pilot oil circuit in the hydraulic system. This product is an integrated multi way pilot control valve block. The valve body is made of silver gray high-strength aluminum alloy or cast iron, with a regular rectangular shape and organic processing texture on the surface. Four black circular oil ports are arranged in parallel at the top for connecting the pilot oil pipe; The holes and grooves in the middle and lower parts reflect the internal precision oil passages, installation screw holes, and process holes. Its core function is to receive instructions from the operating handle, distribute, adjust, and stabilize various pilot hydraulic oils, thereby accurately controlling the movement of the main directional valve core and achieving smooth and sensitive operation of the working device. The working pressure is usually matched with the pilot system (3-5 MPa), and the pressure resistance and sealing performance are reliable.

Installation and Cleaning: 1 Pressure relief cleaning: Before operation, be sure to release the system pressure. Thoroughly clean the valve body installation surface and all oil ports with a lint free cloth during installation, and replace all O-rings and gaskets. 2. Alignment tightening: Place the valve block steadily in place and use a torque wrench to tighten the installation bolts in diagonal order and with the specified torque (usually 20-35 N · m). 3. Connection test: After connecting the oil pipe, start the engine, run it at idle speed, and operate each action to check for any leaks in the interface and whether the action is normal.
