Part number 9246436 is a genuine handle copper sleeve component produced by Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. in Japan. The support chain (i.e. chain rail joint) used for crawler excavators is connected to the pin shaft, serving as a wear-resistant lining and sealing component between the pin shaft and the link plate. Its universal models mainly cover 20 ton medium-sized excavators such as Hitachi ZX200 series (such as ZX200-3, ZX200-5G), and may also be applicable to ZX210, ZX240 and other models with the same support chain structure. As a key wear-resistant component of the original factory, its inner and outer diameters, length are precisely matched with the chain link plate holes and pin shafts, and it is strictly prohibited to use universal copper sleeves as substitutes.

This product is a bronze bushing component with an integrated sealing ring. The main body is a cylindrical bronze bushing made of high-strength wear-resistant bronze, which has excellent self-lubricating and impact resistance. One end is pre pressed with a black rubber or polyurethane sealing ring, forming an integrated structure of "copper sleeve+seal". This design can reduce wear during the rotation of the pin shaft and effectively prevent mud, water from entering the mating surface between the pin shaft and the bushing through the sealing ring, while also preventing internal grease leakage. The inner and outer diameter dimensions, hardness, and oil and aging resistance of the sealing ring are all manufactured according to Hitachi standards. Installation specifications: 1 Cleaning and inspection: Before installation, the pin holes and new bushings of the chain link plate must be thoroughly cleaned with cleaning agent, and the holes must be checked for burrs and residual old bushings. 2. Press in installation: Special press in tools or core shafts must be used to press the bushing vertically and smoothly into the chain link plate hole from the end with a sealing ring until it is in place. It is strictly prohibited to strike directly to avoid deformation or damage to the sealing ring. 3. Lubrication: After installation, it is necessary to immediately add sufficient lithium based grease through the grease nipple on the chain link until the grease overflows from the edge of the sealing ring, ensuring that the lubrication space is filled.
