Installation specifications: 1 Cleaning: Before installation, the shaft neck, bearing seat hole, and oil seal installation groove must be thoroughly cleaned with non-woven fabric and cleaning agent to ensure that there are no metal burrs, oil stains, or residual old seals. 2. Lubrication: Apply an appropriate amount of lubricating grease compatible with the system between the main lip and dust lip of the oil seal. 3. Positive pressing: A dedicated installation sleeve or core shaft must be used to ensure that the oil seal is absolutely vertically and smoothly pressed into the installation hole until it is fully in place. It is strictly prohibited to directly strike the metal frame of the oil seal with a hammer to avoid deformation.
