Part number 2055335 is the original gearbox friction plate provided by Hitachi for the ZW250 wheel loader. Its universal model mainly covers ZW250 series models, and is also applicable in similar gearbox designs of ZW220, ZW330 and other series loaders. As the core friction component of the original transmission system, its material formula, thickness, and tooth profile are precisely matched with the gearbox clutch drum and pressure plate. This product is a wet paper-based friction pad, with a circular body and a brown color. It is made of special fiber paper-based impregnated resin and friction material. The working surface has a finely pressed diamond grid pattern, which is used to store transmission oil, improve heat dissipation, and ensure smooth joints. The center is a circular steel frame with internal splines, which tightly meshes with the clutch drum to transmit torque.
