Part number 2055335 is the original gearbox friction plate provided by Hitachi for the ZW250 wheel loader. Its universal model mainly covers ZW250 series models, and is also applicable in similar gearbox designs of ZW220, ZW330 and other series loaders. As the core friction component of the original transmission system, its material formula, thickness, and tooth profile are precisely matched with the gearbox clutch drum and pressure plate. It is strictly prohibited to use any auxiliary friction plates to avoid gearbox slippage, high temperature, abnormal noise, or serious damage.

This product is a wet paper-based friction pad, with a circular body and a brown color. It is made of special fiber paper-based impregnated resin and friction material. The working surface has a finely pressed diamond grid pattern, which is used to store transmission oil, improve heat dissipation, and ensure smooth joints. The center is a circular steel frame with internal splines, which tightly meshes with the clutch drum to transmit torque. Its typical technical parameters include a thickness of about 1.5-2.0mm (precise measurement is required to ensure that the thickness of the entire friction plate assembly meets the requirements), stable dynamic friction coefficient, good wear resistance, heat resistance (able to withstand high temperatures above 250 ℃ instantly), and resistance to oil aging. The internal spline tooth shape, pressure angle, and tooth top chamfer are specially designed to ensure smooth and impact free engagement with the clutch drum.

Replacement timing: Only replace during transmission overhaul or specific clutch slip faults. When replacing, the entire set (including all friction plates and steel plates) must be replaced together, and products of the same brand and model must be used. Installation specifications: 1 Thoroughly clean: Before installation, all new and old steel plates, clutch drums, and piston chambers must be cleaned with a specialized cleaning agent to ensure that there are no oil stains, dust, or metal shavings. 2. Soaking: Soak the new friction plate in the designated type of transmission oil for at least 30 minutes to ensure sufficient oil absorption inside. 3. Sequential installation: Install the friction plate and steel plate strictly in the order and direction of the maintenance manual, usually alternating between one steel plate and one friction plate. 4. Gap inspection: After installation, a feeler gauge must be used to measure the end clearance of the clutch assembly and the working stroke of the piston to ensure that they are within the specified range.
