2055348 Original Loader Solenoid Valve Gasket for ZW220

Part number 2055348 is the original solenoid valve gasket provided by Hitachi for the ZW220 wheel loader. This light green component with complex hollow oil passages is a key sealing and isolation component used between multiple solenoid valve groups (such as pilot control valve blocks). Its universal models usually cover models of the ZW220-5, ZW220-6 series, and may also be compatible with loaders of similar tonnage and valve design such as ZW250, ZW330, etc. As an original factory integrated sealing gasket with multiple oil channels, each hole position and flow channel are precisely corresponding to the valve body oil circuit. It is strictly prohibited to use universal gaskets or self drill to replace them, otherwise it will cause oil circuit interconnection, abnormal pressure or serious leakage.

This product is a composite multi-layer sealing gasket with a rectangular main body made of light green oil resistant fiber-reinforced rubber or composite board. It is embedded with a white reinforcement layer, which combines elasticity and compressive strength. Six identical unit patterns are precisely arranged on the gasket, each containing different sizes of oil holes, bolt holes, and curved hollow channels for connecting or isolating oil circuits. This design enables a single gasket to simultaneously achieve sealing and oil distribution of multiple independent oil chambers. Its working pressure is usually ≤ 5MPa, with a temperature resistance range of -30 ℃ to+120 ℃, and can withstand long-term erosion from hydraulic oil and lubricating oil. The flow channel design has been optimized to ensure a smooth transition of oil and reduce pressure fluctuations and turbulence.

Installation specifications: 1 Cleaning: Before installation, the joint surfaces of the solenoid valve body and both sides of the gasket must be thoroughly cleaned with anhydrous alcohol and a lint free cloth to ensure that there is no oil, dust, or residue of old gaskets. 2. Alignment: Align the gasket accurately with the locating pins and holes on all valve bodies, ensuring that each oil hole is completely aligned. 3. Tightening: Use a torque wrench to evenly tighten all fixing bolts in two steps according to the cross sequence and torque value (usually 8-12 N · m) specified in the maintenance manual.
