Part number 263G232861 is the original intake rubber hose provided by Hitachi Construction Machinery for the ZW250 series 2.5-ton wheel loader. This component is mainly used to connect the air filter with the engine intake manifold, ensuring the sealing of the intake system and preventing dust and impurities from entering. Its universal models cover ZW series wheel loaders such as Hitachi ZW250-5, ZW250-6, ZW270-6 (engine models 4HK1 or 6HK1), as well as some models on the same platform. This product is a multi-layer composite rubber hose with a typical structure: the inner layer is oil resistant nitrile rubber (NBR), the middle layer is a polyester fiber woven reinforcement layer, and the outer layer is weather resistant and ozone resistant EPDM rubber. Technical parameters: inner diameter of about 80-100mm (subject to actual product), wall thickness of 3-5mm, working temperature of -40 ℃ to+120 ℃, pressure resistance of 0.1-0.3MPa, burst pressure ≥ 0.9MPa. Both ends of the hose are equipped with metal joints or flanges, and the interface adopts a rubber sealing lip+clamp structure to ensure 100% airtightness. It has good flexibility, anti vibration fatigue, and can work reliably for a long time in high temperature, oil pollution, and vibration environments in the engine compartment.

Replacement cycle: Check every 2000 working hours or once a year, and replace immediately if cracks, hardening, expansion, or loose joints are found. Installation steps: 1 Dismantle the old hose (loosen the clamps at both ends); 2. Clean the connection surface between the intake manifold and the air filter outlet; 3. Apply a small amount of silicone grease on the sealing lip of the new hose; 4. Align and install in place; 5. Use original clamps to tighten evenly (torque 8-12 N · m).
