The original wear-resistant ring part number 263J8-47071 is a key guiding component provided by Hitachi Construction Machinery for the ZW310 series wheel loader (with a total working mass of approximately 22.4-22.9 tons). This wear-resistant ring is mainly used for guiding the piston or piston rod of hydraulic cylinders, preventing direct contact between metal parts, absorbing radial forces, and protecting the main seal. Its common models may include Hitachi loaders of the ZW310-5A and ZW310-6 series, as well as similar tonnage models such as ZW330 and ZW350. This product is an original guide wear-resistant ring made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and bronze powder composite material. Typical technical parameters: working temperature range -50 ℃ to+200 ℃, maximum movement speed ≤ 15m/s, maximum surface support pressure 15N/mm ². It has an extremely low coefficient of friction (0.04-0.1), excellent self-lubricating properties (can work in low oil or no oil conditions), good wear resistance (wear rate ≤ 0.5mm/1000h), and chemical corrosion resistance. Structurally, it is open or integral, with standard cross-sectional dimensions ranging from 10-20mm in width and 1.5-3mm in thickness. This wear-resistant ring complies with standards such as ISO 7425 and GB/T 15242, effectively suppressing mechanical vibration, allowing for larger radial clearances, reducing starting force, and eliminating crawling phenomena.

Inspection cycle: It is recommended to check the wear of the wear-resistant ring every 500 working hours (with an opening gap of ≤ 0.5mm considered normal); Check the cleanliness of hydraulic oil every 1000 working hours (contamination level within NAS 9). Installation points: 1 Clean the grooves and mating surfaces (remove burrs and oil stains); 2. Measure the groove size (ensuring an interference fit of 0.1-0.3mm with the wear-resistant ring); 3. Use specialized installation tools (to avoid deformation caused by violent tapping); 4. Ensure that the opening position avoids the load area. Fault diagnosis: If there is hydraulic cylinder crawling, abnormal noise, or early damage to seals, it is necessary to check whether the wear-resistant ring is excessively worn, cracked, or detached; If the guiding gap is too large (>1mm), it should be replaced immediately.
