Part number 26757-1707 (clearly labeled as PARTS No. 17072 on the packaging) is a genuine gear pump produced by Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. in Japan. The "support chain" system used for tracked equipment, on tracked loaders such as LX130-7, this gear pump has a supplementary oil pump for the "walking motor" or a hydraulic power source for the "chain rail tensioning system". Its universal models usually cover LX130-7 same platform models. As the designated core hydraulic power unit of the original factory, its installation flange, spline shaft specifications, inlet and outlet positions are completely matched with the main hydraulic system. It is strictly prohibited to use non original pumps to avoid insufficient system pressure, weak walking, or tension failure.

This product is a high-pressure gear pump, and the pump body is made of high-strength cast iron or aluminum alloy, with a silver gray color. The black spline input shaft protrudes from the top, used to connect with the engine or transmission power take-off. The side of the pump body is cast with inlet and outlet ports (not directly shown on the back in the picture), and there is a pair of precision meshing gears inside. The "support chain" symbol means that it is designed specifically for high load, high impact walking or tensioning circuits, typically with high volumetric efficiency and impact resistance. Typical technical parameters include: fixed displacement (can be queried according to the model, such as about 10-30 cc/rev), rated working pressure up to 20-25 MPa, and fixed rotation direction (usually clockwise). Its core function is to convert mechanical energy into hydraulic energy, providing stable oil flow for designated circuits.
Installation specifications: 1 Cleaning: Before installation, thoroughly clean the installation surface, spline shaft, and pipeline interface of the pump with a lint free cloth. 2. Alignment: During installation, ensure that the engine power take-off spline is perfectly aligned with the pump shaft spline, with a maximum coaxiality error of ≤ 0.1mm, which can be adjusted with the help of a dial gauge. It is strictly prohibited to forcefully strike the installation to avoid damaging the splines or bearings. 3. Torque tightening: Tighten the installation bolts according to the cross sequence and torque value (usually 40-60 N · m) specified in the maintenance manual. 4. Pipeline connection: When connecting the inlet and outlet oil pipes, ensure that the O-ring is intact, the joint torque meets the standard, and pay attention to the good sealing of the inlet oil pipe to prevent suction.
