Part number 3112294 is the original bearing provided by Hitachi Construction Machinery for the ZW250-6 series 2.5-ton wheel loader. This bearing is mainly used for key rotating components such as wheel hubs, gearboxes, and transmission shafts, to bear radial and axial loads, ensuring smooth operation of the transmission system and reducing friction and wear. Its universal models cover 6 series wheel loaders such as Hitachi ZW250-6, ZW270-6, ZW310-6, as well as similar transmission parts of some models on the same platform. As the core rotating support component of the original factory, its dimensional accuracy, material strength, and precision matching with the shaft and hole are strictly prohibited from using non-standard auxiliary components to avoid abnormal wear, vibration, or transmission failure.

This product is a tapered roller bearing or deep groove ball bearing (specific types need to be checked in the original factory manual), with typical structures: inner ring, outer ring, rolling elements (rollers or steel balls), and cage. The material is high carbon chromium bearing steel (GCr15), which has undergone quenching and low-temperature tempering treatment, with a hardness of HRC 58-62. Technical parameters (typical values): inner diameter of about 70-100mm, outer diameter of about 120-150mm, width of about 30-50mm (subject to actual product). Dynamic load is about 80-120kN, static load is about 50-80kN, and maximum speed grease lubrication is ≤ 3000rpm. Bearing accuracy level P0 (ordinary level), clearance C0 (standard group), sealing form may be open, with dust cover (ZZ) or with rubber seal (2RS).
Replacement cycle: Replace every 3000 working hours or when there is abnormal noise, overheating, or excessive clearance. Installation steps: 1 Dismantle the old bearing (use a dedicated puller, do not strike); 2. Clean the shaft and bearing seat (remove burrs and rust); 3. Check the fitting dimensions (axis tolerance h6, hole tolerance H7); 4. Heat the new bearing (oil bath heating at 80-100 ℃); 5. Align installation (ensure that the bearing is in contact with the shaft shoulder); 6. Uniformly press in (using a dedicated sleeve); 7. Add lubricating grease (fill 1/3-1/2 space). Attention: 1 Keep the bearings clean before installation (do not touch the raceway directly with your hands); 2. Use the original factory specified lubricating grease (lithium based grease NLGI 2); 3. Regularly (every 500 working hours) check the lubrication condition; 4. Monitor temperature rise during operation (normal ≤ 70 ℃)
