Part number 3341064500 is a dedicated main controller (vehicle core control module) for Hitachi/Kawasaki 70Z4-2-MC-CU wheel loaders, compatible with Kawasaki 70Z4-2/70Z4-2A/70Z4-2B, Hitachi ZW220-5/ZW250-5 and other 70Z4 series loaders, as well as 70Z4-3/70Z4-3A/70Z4-3B. It is suitable for the electro-hydraulic control system of Isuzu 6WG1/6UZ1 engine, adopting a 32-bit dual-core processor and integrating CAN 2.0B bus communication module. It has 32 input channels (including analog/digital/frequency signals), 24 output channels (including solenoid valve drive/relay output), operating voltage DC24V (fluctuation range 18-32V), power consumption ≤30W, operating temperature -40°C to 85°C, and protection class IP67. It is responsible for the coordinated control of the vehicle's power, hydraulic, transmission and electrical systems, ensuring precise compound actions and safe operation.

Replacement requires matching the program version of the machine model. Disconnect the negative pole of the battery before disassembly, and avoid live operation when plugging or unplugging connectors.
