The original transmission shaft bracket part number 4144170120 is a key supporting component on the Hitachi ZW550 large wheel loader. It is mainly suitable for ZW550 series models such as ZW550, ZW550-5, ZW550-6, etc. It is usually installed between the frame crossbeam and the middle section of the transmission shaft, playing a core role in supporting the transmission shaft, compensating for installation errors, absorbing vibration, and reducing noise. This universal number is its only original factory identification. When ordering, the complete model, serial number, and installation location information of the equipment must be provided to ensure that the installation hole spacing, bearing strength, and rubber sleeve specifications of the bracket are fully matched with the vehicle transmission system.

This product belongs to the heavy-duty transmission shaft intermediate support assembly, consisting of a metal bracket, double row tapered roller bearings, rubber gasket rings, and oil seals. Metal brackets are usually formed by bending 8mm thick Q345B steel plates or medium carbon steel castings/forgings, which undergo normalizing and tempering heat treatment to have sufficient strength, stiffness, and fatigue resistance. The rubber gasket ring (liner) is honeycomb shaped or cylindrical, with elasticity, and can compensate for displacement caused by engine runout and frame deformation. The bearing needs to withstand the alternating torque and radial force of ZW550 under heavy load conditions, and the axial clearance is adjusted to about 0.05mm at the factory to ensure smooth transmission.

Inject lithium based grease into the bearing every 50 hours through the oil nozzle (summer 3rd, winter 2nd), with the amount of oil injected based on the overflow of new oil. Gap adjustment: If the axial clearance of the bearing exceeds 0.30mm, the adjustment sleeve needs to be removed and ground thin. After reassembly, ensure that the clearance is around 0.05mm. Replacement timing: When the rubber gasket ring is severely cracked, the bearing is worn and causes abnormal noise or vibration, or the bracket cracks or deforms, it must be replaced immediately. It is recommended to conduct preventive dismantling inspections every 3000 working hours under heavy load conditions such as mining and quarrying. The original factory warranty is usually 12 months or 1500 working hours (whichever comes first), and specific policies need to be consulted with authorized dealers.
