Part number 4932775020 is the original sealing kit (lifting cylinder maintenance kit) provided by Hitachi Construction Machinery for the ZW310-6 series 3-ton wheel loader. This kit is mainly used for repairing the sealing system of hydraulic cylinders such as boom cylinders and tipping bucket cylinders. It includes a complete set of sealing components such as piston rod seals, piston seals, dust rings, O-rings, and retaining rings. Its universal models cover 6 series wheel loaders such as Hitachi ZW310-6, ZW310-5A, ZW330-6, as well as some ZW series models on the same platform. As the core maintenance package of the original factory, all sealing components are precisely matched in size and material with the oil cylinder groove. It is strictly prohibited to mix non-standard auxiliary components to avoid internal leakage, external leakage or early failure of the oil cylinder.

This product is a multi piece sealed repair kit, typically including: piston rod seal (Yx ring or Steller seal for shaft), piston seal (Yx ring or grid ring for hole), dust ring (double lip or single lip), O-ring (NBR nitrile rubber), and retaining ring (PTFE or nylon). The sealing material is high abrasion resistant polyurethane (PU) or nitrile rubber (NBR), the working pressure is ≤ 35MPa, the working temperature is -40 ℃ to+100 ℃, and it is resistant to mineral oil and aging. All seals in the kit have undergone factory size testing and surface finish control to ensure smooth installation and reliable sealing.

Replacement timing: If the oil cylinder experiences internal leakage (slow movement), external leakage (oil leakage), or preventive replacement every 6000 working hours. Replacement steps: 1 Disassemble the oil cylinder (retract to the shortest distance and drain the hydraulic oil); 2. Disassemble the oil cylinder (remove the end cap and take out the piston rod); 3. Remove old seals (it is strictly prohibited to use sharp tools to scratch grooves); 4. Clean all parts (clean with hydraulic oil, blow dry); 5. Install the new seals in order (first install the dust ring, then install the rod seal, and finally install the piston seal); 6. Assemble the oil cylinder (apply hydraulic oil and tighten the bolts evenly); 7. Loading test (add hydraulic oil, exhaust, test run to check for leaks).
