YB00001009 Original Loader TRANSMISSION YOKE for ZW220

The original (fork/connector) part number YB00001009 is a key structural connector on the Hitachi ZW220 series wheel loader. It is mainly suitable for ZW220 series models such as ZW220, ZW220-5, ZW220-6, etc. It is usually installed at the hinge points between the boom and bucket cylinder, steering linkage or other working devices, playing a core role in transmitting loads, connecting pin shafts and ensuring motion accuracy. This universal number is its only original factory identification. When ordering, the complete model, serial number, and installation location information of the equipment must be provided to ensure that the geometric dimensions, pin hole fit, and bearing strength are fully matched.

This product belongs to high-strength alloy steel castings or forgings, usually made of ZG270-500 or similar grade cast steel or 42CrMo forged steel. It undergoes normalizing and tempering heat treatment, and the surface is shot blasted/shot blasted to eliminate stress and improve fatigue strength. Its structural design needs to withstand the alternating impact load of ZW220 rated 5000kg load and 150kN excavation force. Wear resistant bushings (such as copper or nylon sleeves) are usually embedded in the key pin holes to reduce wear. The installation surface and pin hole machining have high precision, ensuring precise alignment and smooth movement with components such as the boom and oil cylinder.

Installation inspection: Clean all mating surfaces and pin holes before installation to ensure there are no burrs or rust. During installation, use specialized fixtures to ensure alignment, and tighten the fixing bolts with a torque wrench according to the maintenance manual requirements. Regular inspection: Check the YOKE body for cracks (especially welds and stress concentration areas), deformation, and pin hole wear every 250 hours of operation, and check whether the lining is loose or worn beyond the limit. Lubrication and maintenance: Lubricate the pin shaft and bushing every 50 hours through a grease fitting, using lithium based grease. Replacement timing: When YOKE shows visible cracks, severe plastic deformation, or worn pin holes resulting in excessive fit clearance (usually exceeding 1mm), it must be replaced immediately. It is recommended to conduct non-destructive testing such as magnetic particle inspection or ultrasonic inspection on YOKE every 3000 working hours under heavy load conditions such as mining and quarrying.
