EX5600-7P Ultra-Large Hydraulic Excavator

Recently, Hitachi Construction Machinery released the 560-ton class backhoe-type EX5600-7P ultra-large hydraulic excavator for the global market. Compared to the existing EX5600-7 model, this new model boasts a 12% increase in productivity and further enhanced durability of the boom, arm, and upper structure.

Compared to the current model, the EX5600-7P ultra-large hydraulic excavator features increased bucket capacity, higher engine and hydraulic pump power, and improved operating speed, resulting in a 12% increase in productivity. In addition, the EX5600-7P incorporates more high-strength cast steel components in the boom and improved the structure and welding methods of the upper structure, further enhancing durability.

EX5600-7P Main Performance Features

1. Standard bucket capacity increased to 37.5 cubic meters. By increasing the power of the engine and hydraulic pump, the operating speed of the equipment is improved. Therefore, compared to the EX5600-7, the EX5600-7P has a 12% increase in productivity and approximately 10% improvement in fuel efficiency.

2. Increased use of cast steel components in the boom, and improved structure and welding methods for the arm and upper structure further enhance durability and reduce the frequency of major overhauls. Bolt-on inspection ports (patent pending) are installed on the boom for easy inspection of the boom's interior.

3. The EX5600-7P is compatible with the LANDCROS Connect Insight solution. LANDCROS Connect Insight is a solution that monitors and analyzes mining equipment operating data in real time, providing service recommendations to maximize equipment performance and help customers improve the efficiency of their mining operations.
