Hitachi Construction Machinery Corporation (Executive Director and President: Masafumi Senzaki, hereinafter referred to as "the Company") decided at its Board of Directors meeting today that, subject to approval at the shareholders' meeting scheduled for June 2026, the Company will officially change its name to "LANDCROS Corporation" on April 1, 2027.
