On September 25, 2025, the "2025 First (Seventh Overall) Isuzu Preferred Parts Brand Promotion Conference," hosted by Isuzu (China) Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Isuzu (China)"), was successfully held in Wuhan.
A total of 24 representatives from Isuzu (China)'s authorized dealerships for preferred parts and invited customers attended the conference. The conference was chaired by Sun Yexuan from the Sales Department.
Conference Agenda
The conference opened with a speech by Mr. Hirano, General Manager of Isuzu (China), who expressed his gratitude to customers from all over the country who came to participate in the brand promotion conference.
Despite the ongoing challenges in the international environment, the Chinese construction machinery industry has shown a strong recovery trend since 2025, gradually emerging from the slump of the past four years. At the same time, Isuzu's parts business continues to develop, the Isuzu Preferred Parts (ISP) product line is constantly being enriched, and brand competitiveness, market awareness, and sales have all steadily improved.
With the Guangzhou Technical Training Center now operational, Isuzu has further strengthened its sales and technical service system. ISP products have not only become the top choice for high-performance, cost-effective products, creating value for customers while also opening up new development and profit opportunities for partners. General Manager Hirano called on all parties to work together to continuously promote the Isuzu brand, constantly improve customer satisfaction, and achieve a win-win future.

01 Brand Introduction
Section Chief Ma Wuwei of the Sales Department introduced the basic overview of Isuzu Motors Corporation and the development history of Isuzu (China) to the attendees, showcasing Isuzu (China)'s sales network and after-sales service system. He also provided a detailed explanation of the brand evolution and product positioning of Isuzu Preferred Parts (ISP), which was developed under the leadership of Isuzu (China).
Since the launch of the Isuzu Preferred Parts (ISP) brand in 2020, Isuzu (China) has not only continuously focused on product development and expanded its product range but has also actively engaged in market promotion. Through numerous offline brand promotion events, it has enhanced brand awareness and comprehensively expanded its brand influence by combining online promotion through WeChat official accounts, limited-time flash sales and selected group-buying activities on the official online store mini-program.

02 Product Development Introduction
Ding Jie, from the Planning Department, explained Isuzu's ISP (Specialized Parts Supplier) brand philosophy of "rigorous selection" and "optimization" to the attendees. Through specific development and optimization cases, he clearly illustrated the development process of ISP being "selected" from the market and "superior" to the market.
In addition, he introduced the expansion plan and development progress of existing product categories, and compared and analyzed ISP products with commercially available parts, further highlighting the comprehensive advantages of Isuzu products.

03 Product Fault Diagnosis Case
Sharing Zhou Qichu, from the Planning Department, systematically reviewed typical after-sales claim cases. Using starters and generators as examples, he categorized and statistically analyzed customer feedback cases, summarized common fault types, and analyzed the root causes of typical problems one by one, proposing specific countermeasures and usage suggestions to help customers prevent faults from the usage stage and reduce the failure rate caused by human factors.

04 Interaction and Discussion
The atmosphere during the conference tea break and Q&A session was lively, with customers actively participating. Participants offered numerous constructive opinions and suggestions regarding practical issues encountered in daily sales, combined with the product characteristics of Isuzu ISP (Special Service Parts). Representatives from Isuzu (China)'s Parts Department responded to each question and recorded them in detail, considering this valuable feedback as crucial for future product development and sales strategy refinement.


05 Special On-Site Promotional Activity
As the grand finale of the event, Isuzu (China), in conjunction with authorized dealers on-site, launched a limited-time special offer: an "ISP Parts Gift Pack." This activity quickly ignited customer enthusiasm. The attractive price and generous contents of the gift pack received unanimous praise, bringing the meeting to a climax.
