4401504 Original Excavator Oil Hose for EX2500

Part number 4401504 is the original high-pressure oil pipe provided by Hitachi for the EX2500 series ultra large hydraulic excavator. This type of oil pipe is usually used in main hydraulic systems or pilot hydraulic systems, connecting key components such as main pumps, control valves, and oil cylinders. Its universal models usually cover large excavators on platforms such as EX2500-5, EX2500-6, EX2600, and EX3600. As an original high-pressure pipeline, its length, bending radius, and joint specifications are precisely matched with the hydraulic layout of the entire vehicle. Inspection cycle: Check the outer surface of the oil pipe for bulges, cracks, scratches, joint leaks, and loose fixing clamps every 250 working hours. Installation points: 1 Ensure that the oil pipe runs naturally, with a minimum bending radius of ≥ 8 times the pipe diameter, to avoid twisting or friction with the frame; 2. During installation, manually screw the joint into the first buckle to ensure alignment, and then use a torque wrench to tighten it according to the maintenance manual requirements (common torque 40-60 N · m); 3. After installation, start the engine, gradually increase the pressure, and check that there is no leakage at each joint. Fault diagnosis: If there is slow hydraulic action, unstable system pressure, abnormal noise, or oil stains on the ground, it is necessary to immediately check whether the corresponding oil pipes have internal rubber peeling, loose joints, or aging.
