To ensure the long-term operation of the lining, it is necessary to follow a regular lubrication and inspection system. It is recommended to inject a sufficient amount of specified type of lubricating grease into the liner through the grease nipple every 50 hours of operation or every week until the old grease is squeezed out from the edge of the sealing ring to remove impurities and form a new oil film. A comprehensive inspection should be conducted every 500 hours of operation or once a month to observe whether there is any abnormal clearance, noise or oil leakage at the fit between the bushing and the pin shaft. Check if the sealing ring is intact to prevent dust and moisture from entering. In harsh working conditions such as high dust and water immersion, it is necessary to shorten the lubrication and inspection cycle.
