Part number 4650355 is the original radiator core provided by Hitachi for the ZX240-3 series medium-sized hydraulic excavator. This component is the core heat exchange unit of the engine cooling system. This product is a tubular aluminum radiator core, with a rectangular aluminum core body. The interior is composed of multiple rows of flat cooling tubes and wavy heat dissipation fins alternately stacked and welded, forming a huge heat exchange surface area. There are two water collection chambers at each end (usually made of black engineering plastic material), with partitions inside to guide the flow of coolant, and standard inlet/outlet pipe interfaces. Specially designed to match the heat dissipation of the ZX240-3 engine. The working pressure is usually 0.8-1.2 MPa, which can withstand the internal pressure of the cooling system and the corrosion of ethylene glycol based antifreeze. The working temperature range is about -30 ℃ to+120 ℃. Its aluminum material achieves lightweight and excellent thermal conductivity while ensuring strength.

Installation specifications: 1 Cleaning and inspection: Before installation, the entire cooling system pipeline must be thoroughly cleaned, and the fins of the new radiator core must be checked for lodging and the water collection chamber interface for cracks. 2. Replace seals: During installation, all rubber water pipes, clamps, and gaskets connected to them must be replaced. 3. Alignment installation: Place the radiator core smoothly into the frame, ensure that the bottom shock absorber pad is in place, and tighten the fixing bolts in diagonal order and with the specified torque (usually 15-25 N · m). 4. Pipeline connection and exhaust: After connecting all water pipes and adding the specified coolant, the engine must be started and the warm air must be turned on. Run at idle until the thermostat is turned on, repeat the operation to exhaust the air in the system, and finally check the fluid level and replenish it.
